We accommodate a wide range of packaging specifications, including small containers (approx. 10 mL) to large containers (approx. 10 L), glass bottles and plastic containers, and closures such as bottle caps, hinge caps, and spray bottles.
Alcohol-based
disinfectants
- We operate explosion-proof production lines for alcohol-based formulations capable of handling hazardous materials.
These lines allow us to meet a wide range of needs, from low-concentration (non-hazardous) to high-concentration (hazardous) alcohol products. - ・Our state-of-the-art, high-speed production lines are fully automated from filling to packaging, enabling large-scale production.
- ・We have equipment capable of handling various dosage forms, including liquids, gels, and foams, using foam pump containers.
- ・We also support convenient single-use snap-pack packaging (e.g., Tepika Gel Petit).
- ・We can also produce alcohol-saturated cotton pads, balls, and swabs.
Other
disinfectants
- ・In addition to alcohol-based disinfectants, we also manufacture a wide range of other disinfectant products.
- ・We have extensive experience manufacturing major disinfectants such as povidone-iodine, benzethonium chloride, benzalkonium chloride, chlorhexidine gluconate, and sodium hypochlorite.
- ・We are also equipped with production lines for toxic and deleterious substances, including glutaraldehyde and formalin solutions.
- ・Sterilization by autoclave (high-pressure steam) is available not only for bottled products but also for cotton balls and swabs. We can also support the sterilization of povidone-iodine formulations and have extensive experience in sterilized products.
Powder formulations

- ・Tablet identification can be applied not only by embossing but also by printing.
- ・High-precision cameras are used for tablet inspection to prevent foreign matter contamination.
- ・We support a variety of packaging formats, from PTP sheets to bulk filling.
